Great quality, well made.Questions were answered immediately!Excellent companythey work well but not forever. though we know people place these outside , the fan is NOT rated for outdoor exposure and if the fan motor gets wet it WILL short out. I've tried several methods to keep the motor dry but the fabric of the dancer is not water proof either, allowing for water to drip through the fabric onto the motor and short it out. I suppose if you kept it running 24/7 the motor would not get wet, but if it stops, water can pool over the motor and leak through the fabric.I ues it as a yard decoration, turns a lot of heads.love it. works as stated. though it did die, they replaced it without hesitation. new one is working well.Very well designed and made. We sent it back because it was a little to loud for our needs. Probably all at these items are about the same noise level.As a crazy Christmas gift, we purchased three 8ft Fly Puppet Dancers for our adult children's families. Today, our daughter posted all three family pictures with their 8 ft Fly Dancer.We had one dancer shipped to our son in San Diego. The two others were shipped to our house.After looking at the pictures, it was obvious that the dancer that got shipped directly to our son is like 1-1/2 feet shorter than the others. It also has black and white stringers for its hair and hands.I called Amazon customer support to see If it was possible to send a replacement Air Dancer, it turned out that it was not possible to just replace the Air Dancer. We would have to send the whole blower and dancer back and purchase another one.The blower(s) are well built, and I like the Velcro going around the top of the blower where the air dancer gets attached.I ordered a purple one and a yellow one was sent. With shipping and return time the event would be over. Fulfilled by Amazon failed. I even paid extra to have shipping expedited.That being said, actual item is of decent quality and functioned well, as advertised. UPDATE Dec 2020: Seller contacted me and shipped a replacement in correct color , replacement not exchange. Great service. Changed to 5 stars as the order was "fulfilled" by Amazon, not seller's fault, ding half star for mix-up. I had the original item gifted to another state, and was well received. but to have the recipient repack and return ship was not really an option.
